Payments

  • We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay are also offered as a form of payment. 

Do you offer gift cards? Not yet!--We do not currently offer gift cards but are working to add this option very soon. Please check back! 

    Placing an order

    • Can I cancel or change my order? Not usually--Your order is sent to production as soon as your order is placed. This means that in most cases we cannot cancel or adjust an order. However, if you notice an error in your order, such as the wrong address was entered, please email us right away and we will see what we can do. Emails should go to: info@effinultrarunner.com 
    • Can I include a gift message with my order? Yes-- in most cases. To add a gift message, email us at info@effinultrarunner.com with the subject "Gift Message" before or at the time of order placement, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

      International shipping

      • Currently we only offer shipping within the United States. 

      Quality and Sustainability

      • Products are printed on premium high quality t-shirts, tanks, sweatshirts and hoodies, hats and mugs.
      • Our products are made to order which means your order is printed on demand when you order it. This is a sustainable model of printing which results in less overproduction, less waste and therefore less of an environmental impact. 
      • We recommend following the care instructions on the inside neck label of your shirt to maintain longevity of the garment and vibrancy of the design. Additional care tips are provided on the product description page.

      Sizing & Colors

      • We offer a wide range of unisex and gender-specific sizes. Please refer to the size chart in the product photos and the "Fit" section of the product description to ensure you choose the right size.
      • Our products come in a variety of popular colors. Keep in mind that slight color variations may occur due to screen calibration differences. If you’d like a design in an order you don’t see, we may be able to do a custom print. Please email info@effinultrarunner.com for these requests and questions.

      Printing Process

      • Our products are made just for you, printed on demand using Direct to Garment (DTG) printing. This technique infuses the design’s ink directly into the fabric for a long-lasting finish. If a different printing method (e.g., embroidery) is used, it will be noted in the product description.
      • Minor variations in color are normal when printing DTG as the ink’s dyes are infused into the fabric causing minor absorption of the colors into the garment. 

      Production

      • Upon order, designs are sent to a 3rd party fulfillment partner to help with producing and shipping the order directly to you. 
      • Most orders ship within 5-7 days. Occasionally, production times may be longer. If we are aware of any delays, this will be noted in the product description. Please keep in mind that during the holiday season, shipping timelines may be extended.
      • As our product selection grows, you may receive multiple shipments from different fulfillment partners. This typically happens when you order more than one type of product, such as a t-shirt and mug, or a t-shirt and a hoodie, tank, or hat.

      Shipping

      • How long does shipping take? Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders ship within 5-7 days of order placement. This timeline may be extended during the months of November and December. 
      • Do you offer international shipping? Not at this time. 
      • How can I track my order? You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Most orders ship within 1-3 business days, but during busy times, it could take up to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number.

      Customer Service

      • What are your store hours? We’re an online-only store, but our customer service team is available Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM EST to assist you via email. You can reach us at info@effinultrarunner.com and we’ll do our best to respond as quickly as possible (even with a quick iPhone message sometimes!) While we strive to get back to you promptly, if you contact us after hours, we’ll respond as soon as we can!
      Do you sell in stores? We currently do not have a traditional storefront location.
